Lianet Martía Cuban resident in the city of Miami, decided to put into practice a solidarity initiative to thank the delivery drivers who frequently visit your home: at the entrance of the house installed a small refrigerator with cold drinks and snacksproviding them relief from the intense heat and high temperatures.
The influencer, known on Instagram as @mija_mania, posted a video in which he explains that the recent rains damaged the snack cart he had at the entrance of his house for the delivery people. For this reason, he decided to replace it with a small refrigerator.
He noted that the idea was suggested by one of his followers, “so that the delivery guys have their cold drinks”. In addition, he considered that this moment is ideal due to the high temperatures that are recorded in Miami during the summer.
The young woman explained that He feels the need to thank the delivery drivers because they come to his house regularly., because she receives numerous packages as a content creator. Furthermore, she added: “Not counting the ones the neighbor sends me.”
“I feel that It’s a way to give back and thank you. to all those delivery people who come to my house every day, even with heavy boxes,” Martí pointed out. “These small details can change anyone’s day.”
Finally, he said: “If you are a delivery driver, with all my heart, I wish that one day you could stop by my house, grab your cold drink and your snack”.
Last April, Cuban tiktoker Claudia González carried out a similar initiative with delivery workers who work under the sweltering Texas sun, to whom he puts cold drinks and snacks so they can cool down.
A few weeks ago, the young woman began leaving snacks and refreshing drinks at the entrance to her home, and was surprised to see how the delivery people left her signs of gratitude.
However, some began to recommend putting the drinks cold, so he decided to change the small snack cart for a table with a table cooler.
