Dominican narrates moments lived after conflict in Russia

Redacción.- After the recent armed intervention carried out by the Russian paramilitary group Wagner, a Dominican student residing in that country, narrated the moments of anguish he experienced in the Rostov-on-Don region.

While the Dominican ambassador in that country, Hans Dannenberg, requested the transfer of the young university students in the face of this armed conflict.

the dominican student Daniel Encarnación, who studies medicine in Russia, told what he experienced after the armed attempt made by a paramilitary group that was trying to overthrow Vladimir Putin.

He explained that he is still sheltering in his home and is aware of the information from the authorities.

By telephone, the Dominican ambassador, Hans Dannenberg, said that Dominican students have moved in that region since the start of the confrontations and currently there are only three students left.

After the agreements between the Russian government and the Wagner rebel group, normality returned little by little in that country, however, the Dominican Embassy in Russia issued a statement urging the diaspora to stay informed.

In Russia, this Saturday an armed rebel group called Wagner seized the city of Rostov-on-Don 200 kilometers from the capital Moscow to overthrow President Vladimir Putin.
