In February, Lisa starts training to become an epigenetics coach
Lisa, who lives with her boyfriend Benno (42, electrician), his two children and her own children in her parents’ house in Wiesenbad (Ore Mountains), completely changed her diet after two stays in the clinic and many visits to the doctor.
She only eats organic products, hardly any meat, takes food supplements and will start training to become an epigenetics coach in February. She wants to explain to people how environmental influences affect our genes. Organic instead of planks!
