Elden Ring is getting a completely improbable new crossover with another successful open world that marked 2022. You’re not ready.
It makes no sense and yet Elden Ring could well have a crossover with another Japanese license in the coming months. We are talking here about Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Nintendo’s latest box. Yes, it is unlikely.
Elden Ring X Pokemon, what can I say…
Nothing official that said since it is here neither more nor less than a mod under development. Via social networks, modder Arestame, to whom we also owe other particularly popular mods on various games, has shared a new trailer for his completely surreal project.
The objective here is to create a mod merging the universe ofElden Ring to that of the latest Pokémon games. We can thus see that Torrent, the mount of the FromSoftware game, has been swapped here by the legendary Pokemon of Pokemon Scarletthat the monsters that swarm in the Underworld have become Olivini, and that one of the game’s sanctuaries has turned into a Pokemon Center.
We’ll give you our avatar’s ridiculous outfit, a kind of embarrassing low-end cosplay. It’s funny, completely above ground and therefore indispensable. However for the moment, the project is still in its infancy and the mod is not yet available to the general public. Other updates will certainly be made a little later, in the meantime, Arestame shares the first visuals of his work with us.
For now, Elden Ring escaped the trend of crossovers like you can see almost everywhere from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 to Rocket League via Fortnite, Lost Ark or even Ghost Recon. However, many wacky mods have already made it possible to satisfy a whole lot of fantasy by merging, for example Elden Ring to the Simpsons, to Thomas the Locomotive or even with God of War Ragnarok.
