Anyone who watched the last season of Mythic Quest knows that F. Murray Abraham’s character CW Longbottom was missing. Production company Lionsgate never specifically revealed why the actor would not return to the role in the series, but now a new report has revealed what happened.
Rolling Stone can reveal that the actor was fired from the series after facing allegations of sexually inappropriate behavior. The report adds that there were two occasions that raised disapproval of his behavior, and that he was subsequently told to stay away from the actresses in the series.
When the incidents were presented to creator and lead actor Rob McElhenney, Abraham was immediately fired from the series.
Lionsgate has since not commented on the case and the allegations.
