Four brothers and an older adult are kidnapped in Cuetzala del Progreso, Guerrero

CHILPANCINGO, Gro. (apro).– Four siblings and an older adult were kidnapped in Cuetzala del Progreso on Sunday the 18th, reported the Guerrero State Attorney General’s Office.

The Prosecutor’s Office issued the search file for the Enrique brothers, 18 years old; Edgar, 22; Roberto, 24, and Jorge Carrete Salgado, 29, as well as Antonio Garduño Nolasto, 70.

The official report indicates that on Sunday morning, the four brothers and the older adult went to fence off a piece of land with barbed wire.

When they were working they were surprised by a commando and they were taken away.

On the same day, armed men broke into the rural area and attacked houses.

The population of Cuetzala del Progreso, Teloloapan and Apaxtla, in the northern region of the state, has suffered the ravages of a dispute between the Tecampanera Community Police, linked to the Michoacan Family, and the Heliodoro Castillo Community Police, known as Los Tlacos.
