Gloria Estefan receives the 2024 Billboard Latina Women in Music Legend Award

Cuban-American singer and actress Gloria Estefan This Sunday she received the “Leyenda” award within the Billboard Latin Women in Music 2024 ceremony, in recognition of her 47 years of artistic career.

According to Billboardamong Gloria’s main achievements, which support this award, is having placed 29 songs in the Hot 100and of them three achieved number 1: “Anything For You” in 1988, “Don’t Wanna Lose You” in 1989, and “Coming Out of the Dark” in 1991.

Additionally, 30 songs made it onto the list. Hot Latin Songs15 of which placed at the top.

Their first album in Spanish, titled My land (1993), spent 58 weeks at the top of Top Latin Albumsand thanks to that phonogram he won his first of three Grammy Awards
