Gloria Trevi and Sergio Andrade were sued in Los Angeles, United States, on charges of child sexual abuse, allegedly occurring in the 1990s.

According to information from Rolling Stone, the two characters were accused by two people, with reserved identities, of luring minors into a secret network of sexual abuse based in Mexico.

The singer is facing a civil lawsuit, which revives the accusations about her alleged participation based on getting girls at the request of then-producer Sergio Andrade, according to documents reviewed by the magazine.

Although it is mentioned that the names of Gloria Trevi and Sergio Andrade do not appear explicitly in the lawsuit documents, reference is made to the singer and her worldwide success in the nineties.

The two plaintiffs point out that the events occurred when they were 15 and 13 years old and that Trevi would have attracted them to integrate them into auditions to get a way in show business.

The documents reveal that the alleged victims were groomed by Trevi to become Andrade’s sex slaves.

The charges for which Gloria Trevi and the person who was her producer are accused occurred when the singer reached the peak of her artistic career, for which the alleged victims add that those involved used their fame and power to commit crimes.

The documentation narrates the testimonies of the two people, who stated that Andrade imposed strict rules for the minors, that both arranged a house to keep them under control and were allegedly motivated by Trevi to obey the producer.

In the event that Andrade’s requests were not answered, they narrate that he was upset, resulting in physical attacks, rapes and deprivation of food.

The lawsuit revives the accusations that exposed the Trevi-Andrade clan, which the interpreter of “Con los Ojos Cerrados” has denied from day one.

According to Rolling Stone, the lawsuit was filed on December 31, the effective date of the California Child Victims Law, which establishes that victims have the option to obtain three times the corresponding compensation for damages.

So far, Gloria Trevi has not made any statement about this lawsuit.
