Hollywood star Johnny Depp (59) mourns the loss of his musician friend Jeff Beck. The rock star surprised Tuesday at 78 died of bacterial meningitis.
Johnny Depp knew it was the end of his friend.
He is said to have visited him on his deathbed together with other musician friends. Depp was “devastated” after Beck’s death, a source said People Magazine reported.

The source continued, “They had a really close friendship, were very close and became even closer last summer while touring together.”
And further: “The illness came very quickly and everything has deteriorated rapidly in the last few weeks. Johnny is still processing the news.”
In July 2022 had Johnny Depp and Jeff Beck released their collaborative album entitled 18. It followed Concerts that led them together to German cities.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star said of Beck at the time, “It’s an extraordinary honor to play and write music with Jeff, one of the all-time greats and someone I get to call my brother.”
And Jeff Beck raved about Depp: “I haven’t had another creative partner like him in ages. I just hope that people will take him seriously as a musician because for some people it’s hard to accept that Johnny Depp can sing rock ‘n’ roll.”
