Ready for revenge

Led by Michael “Grim” Wince, Complexity hit right back after losing the first map of the matchup. After three relatively short maps, the Norwegian-American team could cheer for a participant ticket to Monterrey in Mexico, where the American RMR tournament is played between 5-11. April.

The last time Complexity participated in the RMR tournament was before the major in Rio. There the team had to see themselves beaten in extra innings against Imperial, and just missed out on the big tournament in Brazil. There is reason to believe that a slightly more coordinated Complexity will have a good chance of qualifying for the major this time.

Complexity has shown an emerging form recently, and after several strong results has turned into an impressive one 10th place on HLTV.org’s world ranking.

Two Norwegian players in RMR: Europe

In the European RMR tournament which is played in Copenhagen 11.-14. April, Joakim “jkaem” Myrbostad and his Apeks participate after a convincing closed qualification. FaZe Clan with Håvard “rain” Nygaard also participates in the tournament, where 16 teams will secure a further ticket to Paris.

Seen through Norwegian eyes, many dream of three players with Norwegian passports for Blast’s major in Paris.
