Governor Hochul spends her last day in Ireland this Sunday, before returning to New York.
She will be honored at a civic reception in County Kerry.
The Governor left on Wednesday for her trip to Europe.
He has spent the last few days meeting with government and business leaders in Ireland and Italy.
He also met with Pope Francis.
Her office says the trip is being paid for by state funds because she is traveling on official business.
He is scheduled to return to New York tomorrow.
