Make it more efficient

Insep therefore has all the necessary equipment, from whole-body kryotherapy rooms at -110°C to receive a thermal shock for 3 minutes, to the most recent physiotherapy devices, including balneotherapy between 8 °C for the cold bath, and 36°C for the hot bath.

“We are able to take care of the injuriesexplains Sébastien Le Garrec, but also to carry out evaluation as a preventive measure. This avoids many lesions on the muscles used. The medical center therefore makes the athletes even more efficient, by working in consultation with the coaches.”
