Jennifer Lawrence is in the middle of a promotional campaign for her latest feature film, ‘No bad vibes’, which is why she grants new interviews to the media every day. During her participation in ‘Watch What Happens Now’, the actress surprised everyone by admitting that he didn’t understand one of the movies he starred in throughout his career. We are talking about ‘Mother!’, the film directed by Darren Aronofsky in which he participated with Javier Bardem.
Once again, the actress returned to flaunt her great naturalness. Specifically, when host Andy Cohen asked him to rate “the understanding of the plot” of ‘Mother!’ on a scale ranging from one to ten. “Four or five,” she replies. “I’m going to be honest. I was sleeping with the director at the time, so I had some extra information to be able to understand it, ”she adds with a laugh.
“If anyone needs advice on how to better understand their movies, they already know what to do,” he continues on ‘Watch What Happens Now’. The actress affirms that she did not understand the plot one hundred percent despite having that “inside information”: “Not like that.”
“An ordeal”
Speaking to ‘Variety’, Jennifer Lawrence already surprised some time ago by assuring that the promotion of said film was “an ordeal”. “He’d be on tour with Aronofsky, he’d come back to the hotel and the last thing he wanted to do was talk or think about the movie, and he just wanted to talk about it.”
“I was doing a double service of trying to be an understanding couple while also saying: ‘Can I, for God’s sake, not think about ‘Mother!’ for a second?’”, settled the actress.
