Actor Jeremy Renner (51) as the “Avengers” star “Hawkeye” doesn’t knock anything out that quickly. In real life, however, the Marvel superhero suffered a serious accident in the snow.
The Hollywood star was so badly injured while clearing snow that he is in “critical condition,” his agent said. Although his condition is fortunately stable, it is still serious.
“His family is with him and he is being well looked after,” it said.
There is still no official information as to when and where the terrible accident happened. But: The 51-year-old movie star owns a property on Lake Tahoe in the US state of Nevada that was affected by the recent severe winter storm in the United States.
According to media reports, the cinema superhero owns an industrial-size snow plow on his mountain ranch and injured himself with it! Renner was flown to the nearest hospital.
As the “Dailymail” writes, the accident happened when almost a meter of snow fell in the region on the night of New Year’s Eve. His home is said to be very isolated and is regularly hit by massive snowfalls and blizzards.
Renner, who loves big machines and heavy equipment, owns a variety of snow plows of different sizes. Last year he Instagrammed himself in one of his massive machines clearing snow:
On December 12, he tweeted a photo of a car buried in snow with the caption, “The snowfall on Lake Tahoe is no joke.”

Renner became a megastar with his role as the archery Marvel superhero “Hawkeye” and got his own series on Disney+ apart from the “Avengers” films.
He also earned two Oscar nominations for his roles in The Hurt Locker and The Town.
