Record live broadcast

After concluding the show in the Spanish capital, Carolina Giraldo’s team, the artist’s given name, opened the broadcast on the YouTube channel.

“I’ve started this message many times and I just get a lump in my throat that doesn’t let me express the mixed feelings I have inside. The time has come to close an unforgettable chapter in our lives. This album has been more than songs, a journey of overcoming, of desire, of motivation and a band-aid for the soul. Every stadium we set foot in vibrated with those beautiful emotions that each one of you brought and we had the opportunity to fill thousands of little hearts around the world,” said Karol G a week ago when she announced the broadcast.

“It’s hard to say goodbye to something that has meant so much to all of us, but the time has come and I want us to celebrate it together! This July 23, our last concert, will be broadcast through my YouTube channel, in real time, so that EVERYONE, anywhere in the world, can see it and celebrate this beautiful thing that we built together,” he said.

The broadcast exceeded one million people connected, and at all times Karol referred to those who watched it from home.

Farewell

The Colombian was grateful and excited, while letting a few tears fall down her cheeks.

“I always think I have the words for everything, but I would like to find the words to describe how I feel as a person, as a woman; how I feel here in front of all of you; how I feel knowing that, at home, there are thousands of people watching me at this moment,” she said.

If there is something beautiful that the journey of this album left me, it was learning to love myself. I am sure that God made me unique just as He made us all unique for a reason. On this tour I found my purpose in life and it is to help people feel the way I feel now after so many years of not feeling that way. I am closing a chapter of my life that meant everything, the closeness with my followers, with my family and after all, tomorrow was very nice and tomorrow was very beautiful and from the heart I wish this for each one of you, so learn to put yourself above many things, love each other very much. I love you with my life. My lifelong relationship is with you. Thank you!

Before the closing, Karol brought Iker, the boy who inspired part of the album’s theme, up on stage.

Iker was my inner child in this process, she commented.

The show closed with Provenza and the entire Maana Ser Bonito Tour team sharing the stage with Carolina.
