Unable to hold back tears, Keyla has shared on Instagram that has been the victim of one of the harshest transphobic attacks that he has experienced in his entire life. According to his testimony, he was celebrating LGBT Pride with various family members and friends when, while crossing a street, she met ten boys who began to insult her, spit on her and assault her.
“I suffer one of the most transphobic attacks heavys of my life. I never thought that this could happen to me, except in a pride party, but this is the reality. I’m still in shock, I can’t believe I share the world with people like that. I don’t care if they spit on me and insult me, I’m not going to stop fighting, shouting and continuing to be what I am. And when you wonder why we keep fighting, here is the answer.”, he wrote to accompany the post.
Keyla has also regretted the bad experience that the police had and has launched a reflection on the enormous amount of news of this style that appears in the media.
