AI is one of the revelations of the year as the technologies directly or indirectly related to it have developed. As CES 2023 is in full swing, LG is unveiling new plans to bring the benefits of AI to its TVs.

It was when unveiling its latest range of televisions for 2023 that LG presented a rather interesting innovation that could change the way we configure the picture mode of our television. The project would be to offer a “custom image wizard” presenting us with a series of images to choose from according to our preferences.
From these choices and this operation carried out six times in a row, the television would be able to offer you the setting that best suits your preferences. The criteria would be the level of brightness, color and contrast you prefer on the visuals presented. Without completely eliminating manual settings for the most picky, the use of AI for this task could be of interest to many people.
LG’s AI would be based on deep learning of millions of images. LG would also like to make it possible to create different personalized picture modes, save them and change them quickly depending on the users and their use of the TV. It remains to be seen how this new functionality will be integrated during the year.
