Hail, summoners! Season 13 has started and Riot is already planning changes. The first post-season start patch is scheduled for January 25th.

With input provided by the lead designer of Summoner’s Rift on Twitter, data gleaned from the PBE, and input from Rioters like Phreak, check out the compilation of changes that are planned for patch 13.2 below.

In this update, we’re shaking up a lot of different systems; fighter items, adjustments to ADC satisfaction, and adjustments to make the Grievous Wounds purchase more impactful as a reactive purchase. We will preemptively nerf champions who go OP with the Crit (Kindred, GP) changes.”

Changes in Painful Wounds:

Riot wants responsive buying cut healing to be more efficient. Example: “Hmm, this Warwick got his full health back with a skill!
