Mallorca – The marriage crisis of Iris (55) and Peter Klein (55) has been making the headlines for weeks. Although the betrayed Iris declares that the relationship is over, she suddenly posts messages that cast doubt on the final end of love.

They were a couple for 20 years, 17 of them even married. When Peter traveled to Australia at the beginning of the year as a jungle camp companion for his son-in-law Lucas Cordalis, he probably didn’t even suspect that he would come back to his wife Iris as a single. Peter and Yvonne Woelke repeatedly denied having an affair, but after seeing the two kissing in the elevator, Peter finally admitted to having fallen in love with the “Forbidden Love” actress! A media mud fight between Iris, Peter and Yvonne followed.
The current status? Iris has moved out of their finca on Mallorca and wants to get a divorce. Officially at least. Because although she publicly emphasizes again and again that there is no going back to a life together, Iris seems to be even more attached to Peter than she would like to admit. On Peter’s private Instagram profile, suspicious comments from the 55-year-old can be found under some of her (still) husband’s love posts.

To see: Peter and Iris happily in love on their wedding day – it’s just 24 weeks since the picture was taken and Peter swore to his Iris: “I love you and look forward to many more years together with you by my side!” A week ago, she commented: “How proud I was in this picture in London of the dearest, most faithful husband in the world, whom I loved more than anything. I used to be the happiest wife in the world…I’ll never be again.”
Even more striking is her response to another photo that shows the Kleins embracing each other not even a year ago. “Blind is he who does not see when he holds the happiness of this earth directly in his arms … and stupid is he who does not hold it … I love you,” Peter Iris confesses his love. She commented on this post two days ago with four crying emojis. Does that sound like a woman who wants to move forward and put her marriage behind?
The Kleins’ marriage would not be the first to come back stronger after an infidelity: Claudia Effenberg also forgave her husband Stefan in 2006 for his months-long affair with a neighbor. The two are now as in love as ever. Will Iris and Peter Klein also give their love a second chance? One can be curious.
