The Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) collected all the expert, testimonial and documentary evidence to demonstrate that Daniel Armando Guardado Rosales is guilty of having raped and sexually assaulted a ten-year-old girl; for these crimes, the defendant was sentenced to 46 years and 8 months in prison. The attacks took place over four years in the municipality and department of Santa Ana.

The events occurred from March 2018 to December 2021, in the house shared by the victim and the accused. Rosales at that time was the life partner of the mother of her minor, and according to the girl’s story, he abused her when he was alone with her or when her mother was not looking.

The minor, despite Rosales’s threats, decided to tell her mother about the abuse of which she was a victim.
