Marlene Rodriguez de Montaner presents The Book of the Heart

MIAMI.- From the city of Medellin, Colombia, the writer, filmmaker and philanthropist Marlene Rodriguez de Highlander launched his sixth text, which is called The book of the heart.

The health of our heart determines the quality of our life and therefore requires special care. And when I refer to our health, it is not only physical, but above all spiritual and emotional, said de Montaner in a statement.

“…this book seeks to explore from the inside out some rituals that we should practice every day to have a healthy heart,” the author added.

For Marlene, this literary work will allow readers to investigate and reflect on that vital muscle for life that, in a certain way, can affect emotions.

“Welcome to the most important journey of your life. A journey in which you will open the door to a house to which only you have the key, and where as you enter you will decide if you want to keep it clean or full of trash,” the writer explained on social media. “Where your childhood lives and which also has a huge garden in which you can choose to plant giant flower seeds or let the weeds eat them. A strong house, but at the same time you have to reinforce it with foundations so that it can withstand the many grenade attacks,” she added, making the analogy of a house with the heart.
