The three rounds of the Heurigen Vorarlberg State Championships, which made up the overall ranking, were held in Hörbranz (April 16), Bludenz (April 30) and Klaus (May 14).
The Schruns mini golf club had a total of 13 players, 11 of whom were represented on all competition days, and 10 medals were won in the individual and team areas.
Eva GOTSCH became the national champion in the seniors 1, the same feat was achieved Christl RIESCH in the seniors 2. Each got the runner-up Hannes RIESCH in the seniors 2 as well Martin VONIER at the gentlemen and Curd Jürgens in the seniors 1, precious metal in bronze earned, Simone AGER in the women’s category. The strong individual performances were surpassed by winning the state championship title in all team categories. Gold went to the club team (C. RIESCH, H. RIESCH, KLEBOTH, VONIER, AGER, JÜRGENS), the senior team (SHINES, H. RIESCH, JURGENS, C. RIESCH), the ladies (H. GMEINER, C. RIESCH, AGER, GOTSCH) and the men’s team (PACHER, E. GMEINER, VONIER, KLEBOTH).
