The actress, who was “Sleepless in Seattle” in the early ’90s, is now 61 years old. But not a single wrinkle runs across her face. Botox? No, beauty surgeries are said to have played no role at all.

“I eat healthy, sleep a lot and drink two liters of water every day. I also train regularly and try to escape old age by sweating a lot,” she once explained in an interview with BILD am SONNTAG.

She showed up in New York on Thursday – her first public appearance since November 2022. And Meg Ryan is making it really hard for her fans to recognize her…

Beauty Doc Mark Youssef said in a 2016 interview with “Hollywood Life”: “The most obvious thing she has done is some kind of filler or fat transfer on her cheek.” It is definitely too much – if she smiles, it wanders Filler on top, makes her eyes look smaller.

Youssef also suspects a nose job, lip injections, Botox and possibly even a facelift: “She has had too much Botox injected into her forehead, which makes the eyes look smaller because the position of the eyebrow is shifted.”

Botox or not: Meg Ryan plans to conquer the cinema screens with her new film What Happens Later. There she plays Willa, who involuntarily meets her ex Bill. Completely snowed in at the airport.
