A man was shot at in an incident that occurred at 11:57 p.m. on Wednesday, on PR-722, Robles neighborhood, La Sierra sector, in Aibonito.
According to the injured party, he had an argument with another subject, who allegedly pulled out a firearm and fired several shots at him that caused several injuries to different parts of his body.
The victim was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
The case was referred to the Assault Division of the Aibonito Criminal Investigation Corps.
He is facing a new trial for the Tómbola massacre.
