This has the subject “Navigo – Subscription suspended”. It indicates to users that they must regularize their payment. Be careful, do not open the link that appears in the body of the message.
And for good reason, the latter is not official since it is the work of crooks using the banner of Île-de-France Mobilités to scam users. This is a phishing campaign like the Crit’Air sticker scam that is still rampant in recent days.
