In an interview with Entertainment Weekly the star spoke about the big crossover event. Speaking of the many stars of the series who will be there, he said: “It felt like we’d been doing this for years, not as separate troops. It’s very special. There will be action, there will be thrills, there will be rollercoaster rides. All the emotion and fun and crazy that they’re so used to but now seeing everyone interacting. It’s like Batman and Superman interact. Or the Marvel Universe, how all the superheroes interact. To see all of the characters from NCIS coming together and communicating and understanding each other is going to be very interesting and I think fans can be very excited.”

Broadcaster CBS has now released the synopsis of the three episodes. NCIS airs first, followed by NCIS: Hawaii, and then the grand finale is NCIS: Los Angeles. Here’s what CBS reveals:

“NCIS agents from Washington DC, Los Angeles and Hawaii are all in the capital to attend a farewell party for a popular professor, but end up working together to investigate a shocking suicide.”

“Tennant, Jimmy Palmer and Sam Hanna are captured with a woman pretending to be a CIA agent who needs classified information from the team. Also, Jesse, Ernie, Whistler and Alden Parker learn of a suspect who has arrived in Hawaii and which may be involved in multiple assassination.”

“While agents Roundtree and Fatima are searching for Kilbride, who is missing, they are attacked and learn that there is a $200,000 bounty on each agent’s head on the DarkWeb. The NCIS team must rescue Agent Roundtree and find Kilbride while… every cartel, hitman, gang and psychopath is out to get them.”

A release in Germany will be a long time coming and will probably only take place later in 2023 on Sat.1.
