Original film animation test appears on the web

An animation test for the original film in the Shrek franchise recently appeared on the web, showing a version of the charismatic ogre very different from the one that hit theaters in 2001.

Made in 1995, the test presents a different design from the final version, but already demonstrates the intention of combining the story of the ogre, originally told in the book of William Steigwith iconic songs from pop culture.

The animation test has a soundtrack I Got You (I Feel Good)from the star James Brown.
