CDMX.- Pablo Montero has a way to prove his innocence about the accusations of alleged rape of a woman, said his lawyer, Eliser García Macdonel.

Óscar Daniel Hernández Rodríguez (his real name) has not even received confirmation of the investigation file accusing him from the Chiapas State Attorney General’s Office, where the crime allegedly occurred, said his legal representative.

“The first thing is to confirm if there is a folder against him, determine if it is him, because the name exposed in the media does not match. See what he is accused of, if he is accused, everything has been rumors.

“If he does not arrive these days, we will present ourselves (in Chiapas) what he wants is to show that he is innocent, he is very calm,” García Macdonel asserted in an interview.

On Monday it was announced that, theoretically, the interpreter of “Piquito de Oro” was accused of rape in Tapachula, Chiapas, in events that occurred on Friday, January 7, after a concert he gave in that town.

The plaintiff, Ximena “N”, would accuse Óscar Antonio “N” of alleged responsibility for a crime that would warrant imprisonment, and for which, the Chiapas FGE issued a statement on Facebook confirming that such a complaint existed.

The lawyer reiterated that everything that has been said about the case is false, because it depends on official documents, which, up to now, are not public and from which the firm Macdonel, Uribe, Cuesta, Llaca & Esquivel Abogados, has no knowledge.

He also dismissed the fact that the singer had paid a million pesos for the accuser to drop the complaint, that the Nuevo León State Prosecutor’s Office had anything to do with the case and that Montero had beaten a person and destroyed a restaurant. of the Riviera Maya when he learned of the lawsuit.

“There is a lot of falsehood around this case. And it was denied before we spoke, such as the alleged arrest warrant, arrest warrant, and that they were denied by the (Chiapas) Prosecutor’s Office,” he resumed.

“I trust his innocence, otherwise he would not have taken the case. In the event that this subpoena request from the prosecutor’s office does not arrive, we will proactively go to the prosecutor’s office to request that in case there is an accusation in against him, can determine, and verify that these events did not happen,” said the lawyer.

In January, the actor from El último Rey was reportedly arrested, and later released, in Playa del Carmen for having caused destruction in a restaurant while he was in an ethyl state, in addition to assaulting a man with a horn, according to local media.
