From Tuesday, May 9, a new draw begins for the Olympic Games ticket office. Attend the events yes, but at what cost? 10% of the tickets are less than 24 euros, 40% at 50 euros and the rest are above. The draws and prices deter some Parisians. At the foot of the Eiffel Tower for volleyball, the first go from 24 euros for the qualifications to 100 euros for the final. The same is true for equestrian sports in Versailles (Yvelines).
Seats distributed free of charge
The first taken from the most popular sports climbs, count 125 euros minimum for the athletics final in the last row. However, some places will be distributed free of charge on social criteria, a commitment of the Olympic Committee. Those unlucky in the draw will still be able to find tickets on an official resale platform at capped prices.
