The nation’s prosecutor Patricia Benavidesremains at the center of the questions for not making public knowledge of his master’s and doctoral theses, degrees necessary for him to hold the position he occupies these days.

He said that in 2008 Benavides he enrolled in a refresher course made up of thesis 1, thesis 2, thesis 3 and thesis 4. The objective was to obtain the degree of studies he followed during the 90s at the San Martín de Porres University.
“And so he did, after this, in the doctorate update course. But they are not courses per se of the master’s program and per se of the doctoral program. They are to level or update”, explained Cruzada.
