According to the summary list published on the PlayStation-Blog, no less than thirty PS VR2 games will be available for purchase on February 22, most of them on the PlayStation Store. To this is added a minimum of six other titles also confirmed for the launch period, which extends until the end of March. Note that the recently announced Beat Saber is not one of them and will therefore have to wait a little longer.

Among the newly confirmed titles today are some PS VR classics like Rez Infinite, Tetris Effect Connected and Thumper. For lack of backward compatibility, the first two named will also offer an upgrade from the PS VR version for the sum of 10 euros. However, this payment is not the rule since many other games already available on PS VR, such as Pistol Whip, Synth Riders and Zenith: The Last City will offer their upgrade at no additional cost.
Gran Turismo 7 will be fully playable in VR
Other important information: unlike the VR mode of Gran Turismo Sport, the compatibility of Gran Turismo 7 with the PS VR2 does indeed concern all the circuits and cars of the game, as well as its online mode. The only incompatible feature is two-player split-screen mode. But for the rest, the owners of Gran Turismo 7 can rejoice, the VR mode being as a reminder offered as a free update.
Gran Turismo 7 is thus one of the big arguments of this launch catalog, alongside Resident Evil Village, whose main adventure will also be fully playable in VR at no additional cost, and Horizon Call of the Mountain, the big house production signed jointly by Guerrilla and Firesprite. It is also not said that we will often have the opportunity to see other PlayStation studios get their hands dirty, the PS VR2 being intended to be mainly powered by independent studios, admittedly even Shuhei Yoshida.
