A man identified as Hugo T., 25, was arrested in the last few hours after trying to steal items from a car and trying to flee from the police by climbing a tree. The man had been surprised by neighbors when he tried to steal items from a Fiat Strada parked on Tomás Guido de Posadas avenue.
The procedure was carried out by members of the 2nd Section in conjunction with the Motorized Group Directorate, after being alerted that on Tomás Guido Avenue and 22nd Street, a group of neighbors had in view a young man who moments before tried to rob A car.
Quickly, the agents arrived at the site and observed that people were pointing towards a tree, stating that the thief had climbed to hide from the uniformed officers.
For this reason, the police officers ordered him to go down and once down they arrested him, transferring him to the police unit where he remains at the disposal of Justice.

The owner of the place denounced last month that she had hosted a friend at her house for a few days, but when he left, she stole from her purse a cup containing jewelry, wedding rings and bracelets, all presumably made of gold. In addition, the woman noticed the missing key to her safe, in which she had cash.
Given this, the members of the UR-I Investigations Division carried out inquiries to find the defendant, a 25-year-old man, and in this context they identified him on Santa Catalina de Posadas avenue, where they detained him, confiscating a watch. Prune brand, a 20,000 guaraní bill and a cell phone.
The detainee was transferred to the jurisdictional police station, where he remains at the disposal of the Investigating Court No. 3 of Posadas. As for the kidnapped, it will be returned to the victim.
