Misael Antonio Hernández Deodanes will spend the next 14 years deprived of liberty in a penitentiary center in the country, this after the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) demonstrated in a trial that he is guilty of having raped a minor, who was heading to a mill to fulfill assigned tasks at home.
The abuse occurred on April 10, 2022, in a rural area of the municipality of Panchimalco, south of San Salvador.
All the proof of charge that the prosecutor offered during the public hearing was forceful and well-founded in demonstrating that Hernández Deodanes was responsible for sexually abusing a minor whom he intercepted on the road, at a time when she was going to the mill.
This subject forcibly took the victim and took her to a desolate area where he raped her and then fled.
Once again, the FGR does justice for minors who have been victims of unscrupulous people who use their force to sexually assault them.
