The actress explains in particular that, whatever happens, once her working day is over, she devotes herself 100% to her baby. “After that, I am no longer available. We take a bath, we tell stories, we go to bed”, she explains to People. Even once their baby girl returned home, the young mum struggled to adjust to caring for her baby outside of this environment. “In the neonatal intensive care unit, you know your child is alive because you can see her heartbeat on the monitor. I couldn’t sleep for days because she suddenly found herself the house without a monitor”she says. “I used to put my ear to her chest. I woke up every two minutes to see if she was okay. It went on for weeks”.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas also claims that motherhood “makes you want to conquer the world” : “When I wake up and do a million things, I can do them really well, because I know I’m going home to my family”she says. “And that’s such a priority for me today”concludes the actress.
