Russia launched renewed drone and missile attacks on Ukraine overnight. There was an air alert nationwide. The Russian occupiers attacked the country from different directions with drones, missiles from warships from the Black Sea and cruise missiles from airplanes, the air force in Kiev said.
25 drones, most of the Iranian type Shahed-136/131, and three cruise missiles were shot down. This time there was no information on the total number of Russian attacks or hits.
Also yesterday there was an air alert across the country because of the Russian drone attacks, while the Ukrainian air defense had also repelled most of the attacks. The capital Kiev announced that it was the seventh air strike since the beginning of May. The head of Ukraine’s presidential office, Andriy Yermak, said on Sunday that the country’s anti-aircraft defenses were hitting their targets.
Two injured in Ternopil
