A 44-year-old man was detained by members of the Federal Police (PFA) during an operation carried out in a rural area of San Pedro, as he is accused of abusing and impregnating a 34-year-old woman who was hospitalized in June last year. medical treatment in a home in the Buenos Aires town of Moreno.
The procedure was carried out on the outskirts of the Paraje Gentil where the defendant, on whom an arrest warrant issued from the Functional Instruction Unit 8 of Moreno weighed, had set up a precarious home.
The investigators came to him after a Migration record established that the defendant had recently crossed from Brazil to Misiones through an authorized border crossing.
Then the tracking was done until their location and arrest was achieved.
The victim in this case is a 34-year-old woman who was admitted to the Hogar Proyecto de Vida, in Moreno, where the defendant worked as a nurse on the night shift.
As the Justice was able to establish, the woman was abused when she was left alone with the person involved and after the pregnancy was noticed, through DNA tests on all the employees of the center, the aggressor could be identified.
Agents from the Federal Fugitive Search Division intervened in the operation.
