'Save me' will have a second life, and perhaps a third as well

The changes in the Telecinco grid have had a great victim: Save me. After almost a decade and a half sweeping audiences in its strip, the new Mediaset management leadership decided that the format had come to an end.

A decision that was received with regret by a large part of the public and also with regret on the part of the workers of the production company La Fábrica de la Tele, who wanted to encourage their audience through a most intriguing announcement through their Twitter account.

After their last program on June 23, this Monday they have written on their social networks: “And if in addition to Netflix…?”. Five words that have left faithful followers of the format with honey on their lips.

For now, what is certain is that Save me will have a new life on Netflix with a reality show in which eight of his collaborators will participate. In fact, they have already published a video on social networks of his landing at the headquarters of the platform that has had nothing more and nothing less than 10.3 million views.

This new project will feature eight of the best-known faces of Save me and it will take place on Netflix. An idea that, in the absence of official confirmation from the producer, already excites all the followers of the universe Save me after Mediaset’s abrupt decision to cancel the space.

Belén Esteban, Kiko Hernández, María Patiño, Kiko Matamoros, Chelo García-Cortés, Lydia Lozano and Víctor Sandoval will be the protagonists of a project with which they will tour part of Latin America to visit “other similar formats” with which they have connected throughout the fourteen years of history in Telecinco.
