This Sunday June 30th deadline expires for some self-employed workers to report data relating to their professional activity to Social Security. It was the Government, in its Council of Ministers, that approved an extension of the deadline.
A procedure that concerns, in particular, the corporate self-employed workers, and those who are economically dependent (TRADE). These employees must provide all the documentation provided for in article 30.2.b) of the Royal Decree 84/1996, of January 26They must provide data on companies, corporations or joint ventures of which they are a part.
The data provided by the self-employed is necessary in the new RETA contribution system based on net returns, which came into force last year. On the other hand, the Royal Decree modifies the General Collection Regulations, which clarifies the conditions for the splitting of the repayment of benefits unduly received, with a minimum amount of 100 euros per month and a maximum of five years.
To carry out the communication of data, self-employed workers can do so through the electronic headquarters of Social Security, with the digital certificate. Self-employed workers collaboratorsprofessionals who are members on a mandatory basis and the main ones with collaborators in their chargeas well as those who are in charge of a community of property or civil society, must also carry out the same procedure.

Initial CCC assignmentand identify yourself through the digital certificate. In this section you can request the company’s identification, and communicate the people linked to it, as well as the creation of the initial contribution account code.
