The head of government Claudia Sheinbaum, met with the governor of Sonora this Sunday morning with Alfonso Durazogovernor of this state in order to supervise the measures that the administration has taken to improve the efficiency of services, among them, the advances in the digitization of its processes.

Before announcing the advances regarding the digitalization of the administrative processes of the state government, sheinbaum she was received by supporters, including members of the Comcáac nation of the Yaqui group where she was able to witness the traditional dance of the deer, an Intangible Heritage by UNESCO.

For his part, Alfonso Durazostate governor expressed his gratitude to the head of government for their visit to the state, in addition to the fact that together they visited the “José María Pino Suárez” Market in Hermosillo, where they tried the famous “Gallina Pinta” dish.

Sheinbaum visits Sonora and promotes government digitization initiative

In a press conference, Alfonso Durazo together with the Head of Government presented “Sonora digital”, an application that can be used from the cell phone and that without leaving home, citizens can carry out procedures.

During her participation, Claudia Sheinbaum explained that the legislation seeks to promote technological independence, improve the quality of procedures and public services, facilitate access to information, promote citizen participation, modernize and unify the state’s technological infrastructure, and promote efficiency and transparency in government management.

As part of her tour of this state, the Head of Government will give a conference for the media in Hermosillo, in the Expo Forum room to meet with her supporters.

For his part, Alfonos Durazo, mentioned that the initiative is to make administrative services more efficient and improve the experience of citizens.

“We take a big step in the digitalization of procedures in the state to make the processes easier for citizens; we will go from 3% to 80% in our administration” shared the governor through his social networks
