A love comeback on Christmas Eve?
1.7 million viewers asked themselves this question when they tuned in to Carmen Nebel’s Christmas show on ZDF on December 24th. To see: pop star Stefan Mross (47) and his wife Anna-Carina Woitschack (30) side by side. Mross even dedicated a trumpet solo to his great (ex) love.
The couple announced their separation on November 11th. Anna-Carina even has a new man by her side. Now the Christmas miracle with Mross? Not quite!

The picture presented to the TV viewers was extremely harmonious: the fireplace is crackling, there is a perfectly decorated Christmas tree in the wooden hut, everyone is festively dressed and in a good mood. A cozy get-together at the festival of love.

Stefan and Anna-Carina even show a puppet show together. Then Mross Mross plays “Little Drummer Boy” on his trumpet and says, “That was Anna’s wish.”
However, this declaration of love is not entirely up-to-date. Because: Carmen Nebel’s show was already recorded in October in Tyrol – a full two months before the actual Christmas!
What looks so romantic on TV was just a memory of a time when Stefan Mross and his Anna-Carina were still in love, at least on the outside.
