According to what was denounced, the events were committed at the facilities of the Vaca Muerta pipe supplier, which the company has in Senillosa, Neuquén.
As it became known, the alleged victim was taken to the changing room area and they groped him, groped him, even used elements to hurt him.
They repeated it again when they all entered the company van together, in full view even of the supervisors who consented to this situation by not stopping it.
The chief prosecutor Maximiliano Breide Obeid explained that the sexual violence was part of an “initiation rite”, and that there are former workers who knew about these events, so there could be more victims. They called it “celebrating the birthday”.
“It was a common practice that they had naturalized in the company. This person was encouraged to denounce, we believe that there are other cases, but we can only act, as it is a crime of a sexual nature, if the victim makes the complaint, ”he explained in dialogue with the Río Negro portal.
