And in an instruction from the same ministry, he specified how to implement the executive decree, which provides for the integration of contract teachers in service in public establishments.
What are the conditions for the tenure of these teachers?
The statement from the Ministry of Education added that the integration concerns contract teachers who have been employed at the level of public educational institutions in permanently vacant financial positions and who perform the legal period of work.
The procedure also concerns contract teachers who were employed under the joint ministerial instruction of October 27, 2021.
He is also required to have an employment decision within the framework of cases “b” and “c” of the instruction of this joint ministry of October 27, 2021, with indication of this by the competent financial guardianship services.
But also the execution of the legal working period and the guarantee of weekly work for teaching, the process of integrating contract teachers into financial positions, and this process cannot lead to the creation of new financial positions for this purpose.
The Ministry has also stipulated that the teachers concerned by the integration must have Algerian nationality and civil rights, that the certificate of jurisprudence must not contain any mention contrary to the exercise of the profession that they wish to integrate and that they must be in a legal situation vis-à-vis national service.
