James was recognized with this distinction in the three dates of the group stage and in the quarterfinals, having a performance above great figures of the tournament, such as Lionel Messi, Solomon Rondon or Darwin Núñez himself.
It should be noted that James was voted the best player of the match for his team on three occasions in the group stage and semi-finals.
From the Vinotinto team, Jon Aramburu, Romo and Rondón performed brilliantly in the Copa América, the latter being awarded as the best footballer in the three matches won by Venezuela.
