Postponed to May 2022, The Day Before is finally approaching its final release and it was on the occasion of CES 2023 and the presentation of the giant NVIDIA that the Fntastic studio presented a new excerpt and new images of its game.
A 4K RTX video that looks like a downgrade
It was therefore yesterday that Fntastic presented The Day Before in a new trailer highlighting the DLSS 3 technology as well as the 4K RTX having been integrated into the game. The giant Nvidia of course took the opportunity of CES 2023 to boast the merits of these products – such as the latest RTX 4070 Ti – by showcasing them through promising games.
The game universe seems very interesting despite the fact that a slight downgrade is visible compared to previous trailers. You have to believe that the developers have decided to play the honesty card two months before the release of their game. As a reminder, The Day Before is an open-world survival MMO set in a deadly post-pandemic America.
The game is developed by the 40 volunteers of the Fntastic studio and they have also published a video presentation of their studio and their working methods. The Day Before will be released on March 1 on PC, but an exact release date is still awaited for the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 versions.
