– The prices are far too high, absolutely. Last year there was a huge demand and that drove up the prices, says Marie Loob, director of health and medical care.

But now, she says, demand has decreased. One sign of this is that it is easier to get hold of staff, the competition among employers is no longer as fierce.

– Then the prices must also be adjusted accordingly, says Marie Loob.

In a letter to the staffing companies, she informs them of the region’s view on cooperation going forward, something like P4 Gotland was the first to tell about.

– We try to be responsive. When it is clarified like this from the highest place, it is clear that we pay attention to it and review what we can do, says Björn Lintorp, CEO of Sverec, to P4 Gotland.
