So why is “Jocelyn Forever” already the last? No official comment from HBO, but a channel source laconically explains to TVLine : “The season ended up being 5 episodes. It was all said and done after Sam (Levinson) took over and made some significant changes. The story then only took 5 episodes… “
Either. But is Jocelyn’s story over? At first no. HBO talks about a “end of season” and not of a “end of series“opening the door to a possible season 2 of The Idol and therefore breaking, in fact, its status as a limited series. Still, the series has not yet been officially renewed…
