According to what the police experts were able to reconstruct, Da Silva was driving a Volkswagen Gol Trend from Leandro N. Alem to Cerro Azul, until at a certain moment he crossed into the opposite lane, colliding head-on with a Toyota Corolla driven by Miguel Ángel Sequeira, 53, who was accompanied by Dora Isabel Glazik (38) and the 16-year-old teenager who ended up dying hours later at the Madariaga de Posadas hospital.
In this context, according to medical sources, it was learned that the woman who was in the passenger seat was still stable in the Hospital of Alem with a fractured clavicle, while the father of the adolescent who lost his life continues to be hospitalized with a reserved prognosis in the capital hospital.
On the side of the son of the community chief, he was discharged that same Thursday morning but complained of some ailments, which is why he was taken again to the Alem medical center, where he was in police custody until he was discharged. to be detained again at the Cerro Azul police station.
It is expected that this week he will be submitted to the investigative instance by the magistrate on duty, who in turn must label the case and decide whether to grant him release on bail or maintain detention. In principle he would be charged with manslaughter.
