The mountain doctor: reactions to episode 7

As always, the viewers are divided into two camps: Some are angry about the escalating conflicts: “I don’t watch anymore! Only problems and bickering – I really don’t want to do that after work,” it says. Or: “I don’t watch anymore, I just don’t need to be in a negative mood.”

Many are upset by the brothers’ dispute, which has already dragged on through a number of episodes. “Well, very exaggerated and this family quarrel really annoying and superfluous after sooo many years,” writes a follower and finds approval: “It’s really getting crazier, Who is actually writing the screenplays lately? The poor actors, honestly, you can feel sorry for them.” Even fans who expect problems are disappointed: “Well, I’m really not someone who only needs an ideal world on TV. But this season is so bad for me. From episode to episode I have hope that it will get better …. but unfortunately that’s not the case.” The “Bergdoktor” Facebook page also says: “This script is just ridiculous. Starting with Hans, who behaves like a kindergarten child, but who is always cheating on himself and now also wants to dictate to his girlfriend where she works […]”

Other reactions related to Hans Gruber’s behavior: “Why isn’t Hans going, the offended liverwurst?” someone asks. Another commentator says: “Hans is so impossible. Without words. Exactly, why doesn’t he just go.” A user sees Lisbeth as a duty: “Hans is completely crazy. I would have loved to have shaken my mother and said, do something!”

Exactly this conflict that breaks out is also rated positively: “I found today’s episode very exciting. I think it’s great how the Bergdoktor authors always take up the topic “firstborn/secondborn”. Heiko Ruprecht has the dispute in the final scene played first class!”

In addition to the occasional gripe, the same applies to this episode: millions tuned in because they love the stories with all the drama, just “tension and tension like in real life.”

“Der Bergdoktor”: The finale is on Thursday, February 23, at 8:15 p.m. on ZDF and is available already in the media library available.
