La Corporacin allocates an important amount to Los Iglesias. Brothers at worka format in which Chbeli Iglesias and Julio José Iglesias Junior lead renovations in the homes of famous people, such as Beatriz Luengo or Ana Obregón.

Social networks have not been particularly happy with the premiere and broadcast of a programme of this nature. Who thought that renovating rich people’s houses with public money was a good idea?, another asked.

The truth is that, despite the criticism, the programme has already been recorded and paid for. Following an inquiry by ABC to the Transparency Portal, the RTVE Corporation has revealed that the cost of the eight recorded episodes is around two million euros. The amount that Isabel Preysler and Julio Iglesias’ daughter and her brother charge for each delivery has also been controversial. After Beatriz Luengo and Yotuel, Omar Montes, Isabel Preysler and Ana Obregn, programs in which the audience has been progressively declining, there are still four new episodes to be broadcast.
