The scandal of prosecutor Fani Willis and her stuck case against Trump

ATLANTA — The extreme left, in their intentions to condemn former President Donald J. Trump and prevent him from reaching the White House again, has prosecutors and judges who share the same ideology.

The case of the accusations against Trump in Georgia, for supposedly trying to reverse the result of the elections in 2020, has encountered a prosecutor with serious conflict of interest issues by a lover who was her main trump card and others who remain hidden from the press in a questionable past. However, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis insists.

Willis and his lover, who was forced to resign from his position after witness statements incriminated him, have had to testify several times in court. That is, they went from accusers to accused.

Now, a Georgia appeals court has agreed to review another’s ruling that allows Willis to continue the process against former President Trump.

Lawyers for Trump and other defendants in the case filed a lawsuit to have Willis and his office removed from the case for immorality and false accusations.

Questionable Department of Justice

The defense of the former White House tenant and other victims of the Department of Justice in the United States, permeated by left-wing radicals, affirm that his intimate and unprofessional relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade is an undeniable unconstitutional aspect in the midst of a major scandal.

In March, Judge Scott McAfee found that there was “no conflict of interest” that would require Willis to drop the case, but granted, on legal grounds, the request by Trump and the other defendants to go to the Georgia Court of Appeals.

That intermediate appeals court agreed Wednesday to take the case. Once it issues its ruling, the losing party could ask the Georgia Supreme Court to consider an appeal.

The appeals court’s decision to consider the case is likely to cause a considerable delay that reduces the possibility of realizing the intentions of the left and the far left to try Trump before the November presidential election, in which Trump He will be the Republican candidate for President.

In his decision, McAfee said he planned to address other pretrial motions “regardless of whether the motion is granted… and even whether the appeals court facilitates a subsequent appeal.”

Lack of ethics, lies and intimate relationships

Trump and others involved in the judicial process can ask that the Court of Appeals suspend the case while the appeal is pending.

McAfee said Willis could stay on the case only if Wade dropped out, and the special counsel resigned hours later.

However, all the motivations for the judicial process and the alleged investigations were made directly favored with special prosecutor Nathan Wade.

In the first sessions of the investigation against Willis and her lover, the special prosecutor, both lied about the length of time they had been in a romantic relationship. It was not until later that the witnesses testified that they acknowledged having a relationship for years.

Arguments that Willis had improperly benefited from her intimate relationship with Wade led to tumultuous months in the case and a scandal. During court appearances, intimate details of Willis and Wade’s personal lives were aired.

The accusations against former President Trump were overshadowed by the love lives of prosecutors, are lack of professionalism and ethicsin addition to his marked left-wing political tendencies.
